Horse purse

This horse was completely made up without a pattern so I cannot even begin to explain how I got to the final result.

Completely made this up! I am sure that the more seasoned crocheters will spot the rooky mistakes. Eeek!

Botched hat turned into a bag!

My first attempt at crocheting a hat went slightly awry and so I continued to create a bag for my wee niece Alix.

I found a great tutorial on you tube and that’s how I learnt to do basket weave stitch. “How to do basket weave stitch?”  is the name of the video.
